Lamp 02 is a layered composition of light and metal. Thin reflective plates are stacked in sequence, raised on slender legs that allow the volume to appear weightless. Light seeps through the intervals, turning the edges into glowing lines that define the form. The result is an object that functions as a lamp but carries the presence of a sculptural piece.
The design began with the idea of light as something contained and held, rather than diffused. Each plate frames and restrains the glow, while the handles above suggest both structure and the possibility of movement. The contrast between the grounded weight of the metal and the ephemeral quality of the light creates a quiet tension. Lamp 02 stands as a vessel where precision and atmosphere meet, an object that feels both deliberate and alive.
